When it comes to community and worship, few things are as powerful as people coming together beyond boundaries. The first Universal Worship Event was exactly that — a beautiful night where believers from different backgrounds—American, African, Asian, and more—gathered together in one spirit to worship the Lord.
Held in Meadowbrook Church, the atmosphere was electric yet full of peace as people stood in a circle surrounded by instruments, lifting their voices in unity. It wasn’t just another worship night — it was a movement of hearts joining together for one purpose: to glorify God.
A NIGHT OF UNITY AND PRAISE
The event was a collaboration with Pastor Kristal McCullough and Ian Rolon, who helped bring this vision of unity to life. Together, we led the congregation through three powerful songs — “Goodness of God” and “Gratitude” by Brandon Lake among them — and each moment carried deep emotion and connection.
You could feel the presence of God in every melody, every voice, and every heart that came open and ready to praise. It was more than music; it was a shared experience of faith and love.
WORSHIP WITHOUT BOUNDARIES
What made this night truly special was the diversity of the worshippers. People from every walk of life came together — no divisions, no barriers — just one family worshipping the same God. The joy, the smiles, and the shared prayers showed the beauty of unity in Christ.
The sound of the drums, guitars, and voices blended into something heavenly — a reminder that worship transcends culture and language when hearts are aligned in love and truth.
THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING GREATER
The response was overwhelming. Many attendees shared how deeply moved they were by the experience and how it reignited their faith. By the end of the night, people were already asking when the second Universal Worship Event would happen.
This is just the beginning — a spark that has lit a fire for more gatherings like this, where worship breaks every boundary and brings people closer to God and each other.
